The property is all on one level, and features 3 unique room options to choose from, each with private entrances and private bathrooms. Pets under 40 lbs are accepted.

Unit C, is studio suite that is detached from the main house for extra privacy, and features a kitchenette, designated workspace, and living room area

House Rules:

* Follow all posted signage on the premise
* Pets must be on leashes and supervised while in common areas, on the premise, also please pick up after your dog in the yard (doggie bags provided in your bathroom)
* Neighborhood quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
* No smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor smoking area which is located towards the front west corner of the house (side opposite of the parking area).
*Please speak to us prior to inviting anyone that is not a part of your reservation over to our home.
* Do not flush items other than toilet paper down toilet, or use non-septic safe chemicals in any drain.
