There is one king size bed, six queen beds , three twin beds which are fold up beds located in the closets along with three blow up twin mattresses , there is one futon in a common space downstairs , one futon in the downstairs living room , one futon in a bedroom downstairs shared with a queen bed, one futon in a bedroom upstairs shared with a queen bed, there are two bunk beds located in the Bungalow each of the bunk beds have futons on the bottom and twin beds on the top for a grand total of twenty one beds. There will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night beyond sixteen people staying on the property and there will be an additional fee of $100 per night for the use of the Bungalow which has two bunk beds (twin size) with two futons ( full size) and can sleep 6. The Bungalow does NOT have a bathroom. Two dogs are allowed with a $50 non refundable deposit per dog per day.
