This beautiful, custom home offers some breathtaking views from the comfort of a well-designed, contemporary space. You can take in the city lights at night and the view of Cheyenne Mountain during the day.

Conveniently situated, it is just 1.5 miles from the world-renowned Broadmoor Hotel, 7 minutes from downtown, and minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Also close to hiking trails, and recreational activities.

This home is newly remodeled with over 4300 square feet of living space. This home is an architectural masterpiece with seamless and clean lines in the main living space.
Utilizing floor to ceiling glass and a 8' by 10’ folding door opening for truly indoor/outdoor living. Unrestricted, dramatic views, and all of this living space that includes outdoor living.

The homes outdoor space is perfect for entertaining. The home offers two large patio areas, in the lower and upper levels, with spectacular views of the mountains. The upper patio area offers seating for sixteen, a barbeque grill, and a large pond with soothing waterfall as well as a seven to eight person hot tub near the pond and is accessible from the master bedroom , living room and dining room as well as a gate from the driveway . You can soak , listen to the waterfall at the pond while gazing at Cheyenne Mountain and the night stars or watch the snow fall and melt in the hot water of the Hot Tub. The lower patio area offers a sitting area for up to twenty and access to the walk-out basement. There is also a 700 square foot deck, the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful sunrise or relax with your morning coffee. We are kid friendly with a huge backyard with jungle gym, pack and play and baby gate.


Gather with those you love around the large live edge dining room table which seats for twelve, or whip up a delicious meal in the spacious kitchen. Also located in the dining room area is a custom made coffee bar, to create your favorite coffee and or tea drinks .

The homes main living area offers an open floor plan with breathtaking mountain views from the large windows/doors. There is a 65' screen TV, with plenty of room for seating to watch your favorite shows/movies.

The master suite offers is truly own getaway with a jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The master bedroom sliding glass door offers mountain views and direct access to the 700 square foot deck and staircase leading to the lower patio area. There is a oversized water heater so you do not have to worry about running out of hot water when you fill the jacuzzi tub with hot water. There is also a 7-8 person hot tub near the pond and is accessible from the master bedroom , living room and dining room . You can soak , listen to the waterfall, while gazing at the night stars.

The two car Garage has been converted into a Gym/ Game Room and has a Home Gym All In One as well as a sit down Bike. There is NO parking in the Garage.

The basements great room has plenty of seating, TV, and a ping pong table for entertainment. The six spacious bedrooms have plenty of privacy if you need to escape to read your favorite book, or browse on your computer.

There is one king size bed, six queen beds , three twin beds which are fold up beds located in the closets along with three blow up twin mattresses , there is one futon in a common space downstairs , one futon in the downstairs living room , one futon in a bedroom downstairs shared with a queen bed, one futon in a bedroom upstairs shared with a queen bed, there are two bunk beds located in the Bungalow each of the bunk beds have futons on the bottom and twin beds on the top for a grand total of twenty one beds. There will be an additional fee of $50 per person per night beyond sixteen people staying on the property and there will be an additional fee of $100 per night for the use of the Bungalow which has two bunk beds (twin size) with two futons ( full size) and can sleep 6. The Bungalow does NOT have a bathroom. Two dogs are allowed with a $50 non refundable deposit per dog per day. Please coordinate with me as I will be meeting you at check in , if you would rather check in using self check in you can coordinate that with me as well.


This house offers the best of Colorado living. Whatever you choose to do, this house will not disappoint.

Beautiful house slightly inaccurate listing
We came for a work event and stayed two nights. I would caution folks who are expecting 9 bedrooms - there are only 7 bedrooms! The 8th bdrm does not have a door to close off from the rest of the house and is attached to one of the bedrooms as an ante-room. The 9th bedroom is the bunk room/bungalow that is only available if you pay extra. We missed this detail in the listing and assumed we'd have enough space for everyone so we had to text to add on the bungalow space. Our only other issue was that the owner met us for a "walk through" - this was my first experience with this and though there were at least 5 folks there when the owner arrived, because I hadn't arrived, they would not show anyone the house. It felt a little strange and my colleagues were put off. The tour itself was unnecessary, as the rules and expectations were clearly written in a document on the kitchen island. If you are in a large group bring extra pillows and blankets, they don't seem to have enough for the futon spaces that are listed as beds. Otherwise, the house was beautiful. We loved the set up and really were able to work and relax and use the space to our liking. We would easily stay here again, knowing the set up now.

Great spot for our company retreat!
This was the perfect space for our company retreat. There were 15 of us so I was a little concerned about the sleeping arrangements. This property had 7 real bedrooms and extra beds as well, exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. The owner Steve showed us around and was responsive for questions. Plenty of space to sit and talk, huge dining room table where we played games and drank wine. Weather was very cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor deck that ran the entire back of the house, but it was bright and the views were beautiful. Great spot, highly recommend!

Family trip for Thanksgiving
Very nice property with all the amenities. Owner extremely nice and met us on arrival to greet us and show home and answer our questions up front. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds all very comfortable. Hot tub was great! Spacious living space for family gathering. Kids loved the ping pong, large yard and outdoor play structure. Would definitely recommend this property.

Me and my wife Mary love where we live. Colorado and the Pikes Peak region has so much to offer. Our passion for the outdoors is one of the reasons we love Colorado so much! One of our favorite things to do is run/hike , and what better place to be! We are both Pikes Peak Ascent and Pikes Peak Marathon finishers. In the last few years we completed our fist ultra marathons, the 30 and 50 mile distances. We also love to climb the Manitou Incline, a popular hiking trail rising above Manitou Springs. The trail is the remains of a former railway whose tracks washed out during a rock slide. The railroad ties remained, and the 2000+ stairs gain over 2000 feet of elevation gain in less than one mile. We also love to camp and ski. Colorado offers some of the best skiing in the country.
I have lived here since 2004 and Mary has lived here since 1997. We are very family oriented. We cherish time with our adult kids, three grandkids, and Jack Russell Terrier. We have made many years of wonderful memories in our home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!

Why they chose this property

Our property is located near Cheyenne Mountain at the bottom of Pikes Peak, in an established neighborhood, which we love. The area is older, which makes it quieter, and there seems to be a more laid back feel than busier parts of town. We are located close to the mountains, which means short drive to hiking trails, some are even within walking distance. I have lived in this part of town since I moved here in 2004. When Mary and I met, she lived on the other side of town. She just feel in love with this area, so that was what made us decide to stay in this area and buy this home when we combined our families.

The home offers beautiful mountain views, spectacular sunrises, and city lights.
The home is conveniently located. It is close to tourist attractions, recreation, hiking/biking trails. Just minutes from downtown, restaurants, shopping, and breweries. The large circular driveway offers plenty of parking for large groups, you can park your RV and or boats with ease. There is an extension cord provided to plug in your RV and or camper ! The outdoor living spaces are perfect for entertaining and there is a large privacy fence that surrounds the huge landscaped backyard that is very kid friendly.
